  • I truly am blessed to have found a church with such wonderful and caring people. The amount of outreach ministries is exciting to me. The preaching is amazing! It truly is a place of hope to call home!

It's a great church if you think men are superior to woman and you like to disrespect your wife. I personally knew one of the leaders (Mark McCann) in the Logan branch and this man disgusted me so much that I ended my engagement to his daughter. He even accused me of wanting to sleep with his wife, which had never crossed my mind. I found out that he was making other wild accusations about me with my soon to be 9 year old daughter in law within earshot, poisoning her view of me and it took me a year and a half of hardship and other difficult events to finally acquire a healthy relationship with said person. He treats his wife like she's his slave making her do everything but go to work for him and when she complains he threatens to leave her. A classic narcissist believing he's superior allowing him to do whatever he wants. I honestly never disrespected him. I'm only guilty of taking out the garbage for my woman when I can and his wife called him out on it several times while her and I were talking. I didn't know what to say. He believes in extreme right wing conspiracy theories, which have undoubtedly poisoned his mind, while he could be passing it along to younger members of the church. He once told my soon to be daughter in law that "we're all sinners" with no explanation while I was teaching her to be a good person. He's also disrespectful and judgemental while in the presence of children, going so far as to state that certain people should kill themselves to do the world a favor. The church also invites extremists like the author John Hagee to speak about his book "Four Blood Moons" with copies for sale when the sermon is over. One of the assistant preachers is also a doom and gloom speaker with little positive aspects to his teachings. Pastor Steve is great, when he's not eyeing you while preaching about inspecting your insides to see what your about. I honestly don't trust their leaders or intentions. There are also no minorities attending this church as far as I know so they are possibly racist or extremists. This church and this man has me questioning the good of man. If a deacon at a reputable church can act this way and cause so much damage to your personal life what else is possible?
